Workstation Not Booting to Login Screen

If you startup or reboot your workstation and it doesn't come up with the usual login page, try shutting down or rebooting again to see if it gets past the unexpected display. If you have trouble rebooting or can't shut down, press and hold the power button on the workstation until it shuts down and then power back up and see if that fixes it.

If it still doesn't boot and you have a screen with text and/or numbers on it, take a picture of it, create a new ticket with the IT Help Desk, and include a picture of your screen with the ticket: IT Help Desk Portal
