Unable to Connect to VPN
If you are attempting to connect to the VPN for remote access into the West Fargo office/data center and get a message such as "VPN Connection Failed", follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Make sure you have a fairly strong and stable internet connection from wherever you are connecting from.
- Go back to the SonicWall VPN Connection client login window and select Properties.
- Make sure the Host name is moorevpn.mooreengineeringinc.com and the Login group (Realm) is MooreEngineeringMFA.
If you are still unable to connect, Restart your workstation and try again.
If you still can't connect to the VPN, open up a ticket with the IT Help desk.
