Regular Care of Your Workstation
To ensure your workstation has the latest updates and is secure, follow these tips:

Restart your workstation at least once a week and daily if your work allows for it
- If you are experiencing unusual behavior on your workstation, perform a Restart prior to searching the IT Help Desk knowledge base or opening a ticket
- Anytime you go to or from an office, Shut down your workstation to ensure your correctly connect to whatever network you're on
If you are experiencing issues with any of the peripherals connected to your workstation dock, such as monitors, keyboard, camera, etc., reboot your dock:
- Pull the power from the dock.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug power back in.
- For a proactive measure, do this once a month to ensure optimal performance.
