Setting up MFA After Receiving a New Phone
If you receive a new phone and are prompted for the MFA push notification or when using VPN the 6-digit One Time Passcode, you may not be able to access the resources until you re-establish your MFA account(s) on your new device.
For your Microsoft 365 account, it may automatically transfer over to your new phone. If it doesn't, referred to the attached M365 MFA-NewPhone document for instructions.
For setting up MFA for accessing the VPN, you will need to contact IT to remove your currently registered device from VPN so that you can go through the process of setting it up again. See the IT Help article, How to Set up MFA for VPN for further instructions.
