Using Hotel Provided Wi-Fi
When connecting to some hotel Wi-Fi networks, they require you to register with your name, room or some other personally identifiable information prior to allowing you access to the internet. At times, the prompt for this information isn't always "on top" so you need to first try opening a web browser and see if it redirects you to a registration page. If so, complete the information requested and go to a known website to ensure you have access to the internet. Now you should be able to connect back to the Moore network with VPN.
Some hotels have configurations that aren't supported by our VPN so you won't be able to connect via VPN no matter what you do. In these cases, if it is available, try using your mobile hotspot as your internet connection and see if you're able to connect to VPN over that network.
You can try talking with hotel personnel to see if they have any advice for connecting back to your corporate network over VPN as well.
