Adding Public Folder in Outlook
Note: Public folders are only accessible in the Old Outlook, not available in the New Outlook.
1. Click on "Moore Apps" button to expand it and select "Folders"

2. It's recommended to pin the "Folders" right away, right click on it:
3. In the Outlook “Navigation Pane” (The far left pane in Outlooks default view), choose “Folder List”.
4. Expand "Public Folders"
Expand “All Public Folders”.
Right Click on the Calendar you wish to add and select “Add to Favorites…”.
Click “Add”
The Calendar will now appear under “Favorites”
