How to fix Outlook calendar freezing up
If your Outlook calendar is unresponsive when going into the calendar, try this procedure to clear out unnecessary Add-ins:
- Go to File --> Options --> Add-ins and click on Go next to Manage: COM Add-ins dropdown near the bottom of the window.
- In the pop-up window, scroll down to the Mitel Add-ins and uncheck the following
- MitelConnectCASConnHostAddin
- MitelConnectUCBAddin
- Click OK and close Outlook
- When you start up Outlook now with those Add-ins disabled, your calendar should respond as expected.
