Paxton Key Mobile Credential

With the new Access Control system installed in some of the Moore offices, you have the option of utilizing an app on your phone in place of the physical fob you were given.

Download the Paxton Key application on to your mobile device.
1. Do not open the Paxton Key application yet.
Submit a ticket to IT Help for Mobile Credential Access by supplying your e-mail address.
Once you have been set up to allow mobile credential, you will receive an e-mail with a link to register the app.
On your mobile device, open the registration email and click the Register button in the e-mail sent from Paxton <support@paxton10portal.com>.
1. You may be prompted to register the device with Mimecast if you have not already done so.
Respond Yes when asked to allow your default browser access to the Paxton Key app.
1. This will take you to a website used to register your device.
If prompted to either Stay in Microsoft Edge or Go to External app, choose Go to External app.
Press Get Started.
Press Registration on the Registration page that has the registration key on it.
Press OK
1. The app will finish the registration process.
In the Paxton Key app, go to the menu (hamburger menu on the upper left for iOS) and turn on Run in background.

You should be now able to use your mobile credential to enter any of the doors you have access to by waving your hand in front of the reader.
