How to set up Salesforce Mobile Application

USING THE SALESFORCE MOBILE APP

Download the Salesforce App from your Phone’s App Store:

Open the Salesforce App. Click on the option to use a custom domain.
Connect to the domain – mooreholdingco.my.salesforce.com
Continue through the Single-Sign-On process with your Microsoft 365 Credentials

You will link through to your Microsoft Authenticator – after entering in the code, you will return to the Salesforce App:

After you choose to stay signed in, you will be asked if you will allow the following to interact with your phone. You do have to ALLOW this to make the App work on your phone correctly.

Select the Menu in the bottom right hand corner of your screen:

In your App Launcher – Select PSA – Mobile *
Select Enter Time:

Select NEW to enter a line into your timecard:

This will now look like your Time Entry screen on your computer.
You will need to enter a project and milestone to enter your time. Also – the NOTES field must be filled out to save.
